Urban Residents: Eligible to apply for a loan of up to 1.5 million PKR to purchase land ranging from 1 to 5 marlas.
Rural Residents: Can get the same loan amount to buy land between 1 to 10 marlas.
Repayment Plan:
- The loan must be repaid within seven years.
- A three-month grace period is provided, during which no payments are required.
- Monthly payments are capped at 14,000 PKR.
- The Punjab government offers these loans without interest.
Scholarships: The government has introduced a Rs25 billion scholarship program to help talented students attend top universities like LUMS, IBA, COMSATS, and FAST.

1: Go to the official Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) website or visit the nearest NADRA e-Sahulat center.
